I had Tyson sharpen the knives on my buffalo chopper as they were pretty old and dull. Did a fantastic job, the machine is working as it should again.
We had Tyson sharpen our knives and it's crazy to realize what we were fumbling through with before with dull knives in the kitchen! He did an awesome job and he's a really nice guy:) He's "sharp" too (get it???)!
Sure, it’s fun to live dangerously, but not in a “dull knives in the kitchen” sort of way. My knives were dulI as spoons and more slippery than a cartoon banana peel. I nearly sliced the tip of my thumb off, more than once! A friend recommended Simply Sharp Knives to me, so I booked an appointment online and mailed my knives to Tyson. Just a few days later I received them back, sharper than ever! Now it is a pleasure to slice and dice, chop and chiffonade. I swear I am eating more vegetables just because of the fun I am having with my knives. The cost was reasonable too! Thank you, Tyson, for my beautifully sharp knives, for inadvertently upping my vegetable intake, and for saving my phalanges. Highly recommend, will trust you with my knives again and again.
Ronco was wrong.....don't throw your knives away, just get them professionally sharpened. Amazing.
